Flags and banners

"My work is an arduous one, but one which gives me great satisfaction."

Anna Campagnari, also known under her artistic alias "Anareta" (a play on words in Venetian dialect between "little duck" and "little Anna"), is a Venetian regatta boatwoman, a well-known rowing champion who in 2009 decided to start a small business focused on the creation of flags, a typical prize of Venetian rowing competitions, but also pennants, cushions, and banners of large sizes, all completely handmade. The combination of tailoring and art translates into meticulously finished creations suitable for any celebration or moment of representation. She starts by supplying the local rowing clubs and then onto the City of Venice which entrusts her with the creation of the prizes for the most prestigious regattas that she knows well due to the four titles she holds in the Historical Regatta and another hundred awards won in just as many municipal regattas. For a few years she has been competing at the highest levels on Dragonboat and with her team has won the title at the world championships. She also makes stickers and small gadgets, opening up her workshop in Santa Croce to visitors.
